As one of the industry’s most accomplished garden and landscape designers, running his own successful design practice for over 30 years, Robin has established an international reputation for creating award-winning private and public gardens.
Growing up with landscaping and garden design, before formally training at the College of Garden Design in 1985, Robin guarantees that students have access to the very latest thinking, trends, techniques and best practice in the industry.
The participative teaching method, supported by guest lecturers, maintains course quality and ensures that high, exacting standards are passed on to students
- Seven medals including 4 Golds at RHS Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows
- Multiple BALI award winner, including 3 Principal Awards
- Judge for BALI and APL National Awards
- Retired Judge for the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD) and also the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS)
- Fellow and past Board Director of the Society of Garden Designers (SGD)
